There's nothing better than relaxing with a face mask on. And i for one really feel like i've had a pampering session when a face masks hardens. Such a satisfying feeling!


Made using kaolin clay and charcoal powder. Here's a little about their known properties (though we make no claims regarding these)

Kaolin absorbs sebum and prevents pore clogging. It's used to draw out impurities and toxins from the pores. ... Because of its antibacterial properties, kaolin clay may be useful in treating acne, too. The minerals in kaolin clay can remove oils, secretions, and contaminants from the skin.


Charcoal Powder If you're looking for a natural acne remedy, activated charcoal may help by removing bacteria and other impurities from your pores. Controls oiliness. By removing dead skin cells and absorbing excess oil, activated charcoal may help give your skin a healthy glow without too much shine.


Grapefruit essential oil has potent antibacterial and antimicrobial effects. Grapefruit essential oil may contribute to healthy skin by preventing and treating skin conditions like acne.

Bergamot Essential Oil Thanks to its antibacterial properties, Bergamot Essential Oil is a natural cleanser. It's particularly good for oily skin, helping to unclog pores and balance sebum levels.

 

Rose geranium essential oil tightens, brightens, and removes dead skin cells. It can also be used as a soothing and antimicrobial topical agent to help treat bacterial acne.


Lavender oil can benefit the skin in numerous ways. It has the ability to lessen acne, help lighten skin, and reduce wrinkles.

Directions - mix the powder with equal amounts of liquid (we suggest 5g as we have found this plentiful. I like to use tap water but you can use floral water or any facial water you prefer).

Mix carefully taking care not to generate dust.
Apply to face, avoiding the eye area.If product enters the eye rinse well with clean water.
Leave on for up to 10 minutes.
Rinse off.
If irritation occurs, discontinue use.
Store in a cool, dry place. Do not store product once water has been added.
