Returns & Refunds

 

We hope that you are delighted with your order. However, should there be any reason that you are not entirely satisfied, please read through carefully and by doing so you agree to all terms listed below. We reserve the right to make changes to our Terms & Conditions at any time without warning, or prior notification.
At Scented Gifts we check every item before it leaves us to ensure it meets our standards and is in full working order. You can return any faulty/ Damage items and have 48 hours to inform us of any issues with your order. This can be done by emailing us at info@scentedgifts.co.uk .
All returns must be with us within 14 days from when you originally received and refunds will be subject to the product being returned in these timescales, in the original packaging. Any items that are damaged/ missing parts of packaging it was purchased in we are not obliged to refund you, please ensure you keep hold any packaging especially electrical items. We may ask for evidence to support your claim and if you are local to return the item to us or arrange our delivery service to collect your item. We will discuss your options with you at the time of contact.
Please be aware that you (The customer) are responsible for any postage/ delivery costs if the item is damaged or faulty outside of the 14 days of purchasing. Our delivery charges cannot be refunded. Please note: if returning your parcel via the postal services, please retain your proof of postage in order to provide proof to us that you have returned the goods in the unlikely event that we do not receive the returned parcel. We cannot accept liability for returned goods lost in transit.
Damaged In Transit/Faulty Items
We're so sorry if there is a problem with a product. We try to ensure our products are packaged as securely as possible during transit. Please email us with your order number & a picture of the damaged item and we'll try to resolve this as quickly as possible.
Failure to report a damaged item within 14 days will invalidate your right to any refund or replacement.
If your item is faulty or develops a fault soon after purchase, please contact us by email as soon as you notice the fault, and no later than 30 days after receipt of your goods (or if it is an electrical item, within 12months). Since we have no way of knowing what treatment a product has received once it arrives with the customer, Scented Gifts will not accept responsibility for goods after more than 30 days. We will need you to explain clearly which item/s are faulty with supporting photographic or video evidence, or return the item for a full check over at your own cost. If an item is indeed faulty, we will refund the price you paid for the goods, or, arrange for replacement goods to be sent to you.
Orders and Payments
Scented Gifts work on a 3-7 working day delivery policy however we aim to have them to you before that. Please only contact us once it has past the 7 working days from the day you placed your order, which doesn't include weekends or bank holidays.
You are welcome to collect your orders from our base, please check which day/time collection is available as they may change. Once you have placed your order with us, we will package your goods to ensure there are no breakages and we will ship to the address, which you provide on your order. Please ensure the address is correct, as we cannot be held responsible for parcels being sent to the wrong address.
We accept all major debit and credit cards. We accept bank payments.
Data Protection & Collection
Scented Gifts will respect customer privacy at all times and will never share your information with a third party. In order to accept your order we require certain pieces of personal information such as name, address, phone numbers, email addresses and payment details. We may use your information to process your order, communicate with you with regards to a complaint or ongoing issues and as part of promotional newsletters and offers.
